The swimming course has entered its second session, and under the professional guidance of the coach, students are gradually overcoming their fear of water while learning proper swimming techniques and safety awareness. Through group practice and step-by-step instruction, students are mastering essential skills such as breathing control, floating, and kicking in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. The lessons not only strengthen students’ physical fitness and endurance but also improve coordination and muscle power. From being cautious at first to swimming confidently now, every student shows visible progress and determination. With continuous practice, they will soon be able to move freely in the water and truly enjoy the joy of swimming.
